Standard charges for medical reports

The GPs at the surgery can completed medical reports and letters relating to health records.  This work is outside of the scope of the NHS contract and is classed as private work.  As such, there will be a fee payable.

Please submit your requests by email to: handbridge.medicalcentre@nhs.net or letter to Handbridge Medical Centre, Greenway Street, Handbridge, Chester, CH4 7JS.

The practice will reply, advising whether the work can be carried out, and if so, the fee payable.
